I don't like the outside chocolate part, just the inside part, so everything but the chocolate would be great

Where it says Chocolate use "Carob"
Snickers Bar

Ingredients

1 tb plus 1/4 cup water
1/4 c light corn syrup
2 tb butter
1 ts vanilla extract
2 tb peanut butter
1 ds salt
3 c powdered sugar
35 unwrapped kraft caramels

1 c dry-roasted unsalted peanuts(or two 3.5 ounce packages)
2 bags; (12-oz) milk-chocolate chips

Instructions

1. With the mixer on high speed, combine 1 tablespoon water, corn syrup, butter, vanilla, peanut butter, and salt until creamy. Slowly add the powdered sugar.

2. When the mixture has the consistency of dough, remove it from the bowl
with your hands and press it into a lightly greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Set in the refrigerator.

3. Melt the caramels in a small pan with 1/4 cup water over low heat.

4. When the caramel is soft, mix in the peanuts. Pour the mixture over the refrigerated nougat in the pan. Let this cool in the refrigerator.

5. When the refrigerated mixture is firm, melt the chocolate over low heat in a double boiler or in a microwave oven set on high for 2 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time.

6. When the mixture in the pan has hardened, cut it into 2 x 1-inch sections.
7. Set each chunk onto a fork and dip into the melted chocolate. Tap the fork against the side of the bowl or pan to knock off any excess chocolate. Then place the chunks on waxed paper to cool at room temperature (less than 70 degrees F). This could take several hours, but the bars will set best this way. You can speed up the process by placing the bars in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Makes about 2 dozen bars.

I've never actually heard of using snickers bars in snickerdoodles, there actually isn't any chocolate in traditional snickerdoodles, they are a cinnamon cookie. 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon fine salt 1/2 cup shortening 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened 1 1/2 cups sugar, plus 3 tablespoons 2 large eggs 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Sift the flour, baking soda, and salt into a bowl. With a handheld or standing mixer, beat together the shortening and butter. Add the 1 1/2 cups sugar and continue beating until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Add the eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the flour mixture and blend until smooth. Mix the 3 tablespoons sugar with the cinnamon in a small bowl. Roll the dough, by hand, into 1 1/2-inch balls. Roll the balls in the cinnamon sugar. Flatten the balls into 1/2-inch thick disks, spacing them evenly on unlined cookie sheets. Bake until light brown, but still moist in the center, about 12 minutes. Cool on a rack.

Here's a recipe called Almost Snickers. If you don't like chocolate, substitute another flavor of pudding like vanilla, caramel or butterscoth.
