Nettle tea has iron and other minerals, so it helps build you up over a few weeks.
Mate is herbal, but I believe it's got a lot of caffeine in it.
I don't know of anything that will give you "instant" energy without the caffeine, but if a little is OK, jasmine tea always gives me a real boost.

Not all herbal teas are caffeine free, so anyone with caffeine is going to perk you up.
I prefer Chai tea, and you can also find some herbal teas with ginsing and ginko biloba in them (also good energy boosters).
Enjoy!

I've seen Yerba Mate / Rooibos teas that are herbal and claim to be "energizing". I've never tried them tho!

I think black teas generally have the most caffiene in them. Green tea also has some.
