Ask the doctor who removed the tooth - a phone call should be all you need.

There will probably be some. Be sure you are well hydrated and you may want to bring one of the portable heat pads-it seems to help. Ask the dentist about pain relief medicine-probably just some acetaminophen or ibuprofen would work.
