You probably do have an eyesight problem.

And answer the questions there to help you diagnose your problem. I'm almost sure you need glasses, especially because of the computer comment. Good LUck!

There is a good chance you need glasses. I used to get extreme headaches near the end of each school day (after spending the whole day straining to read the board) and I did end up getting glasses. However, for about the past year I have been getting regular daily headaches (a dull throb kind of pain) and from what I found out, they are called tension headaches. Visit your eye doctor and if you don't need glasses it could be the latter. Here is some info on tension headaches http://familydoctor.org/172.xml

If the headaches were caused by the knock to your head you would most likely have had a concussion which usually resolves itself within 48 hours (if it's not severe). It sounds more like you are suffering from eyestrain. This may require you be fitted with corrective lenses. Then again, it could just be a "lazy eye" in which case you would only need temporary assistance to help strenghten the affected eye. You should probably see an eye doctor and go with what he tells you- get rid of those headaches!

Its almost impossible to answer his one. It may be that you are alergic to something they use in preparation of lunch food? You didnt say if you ate there or brought your lunch. It could be stress.. Not enough information. If its stress you can use some accupressure points on the back of your skull..just above the soft part at the bottom on each side onto the skull. Press with your finger until you feel a sharp pain.. hold it for 10 seconds and release. This works for the over the top of the skull - front of the head headaches. You can also press some points on your shoulders to loosen up the muscles. Most of the time muscles are tightening up and giving you a stiff neck.. this in turn causes headahes too.

This may sound strange but you may want to take a look at your diet. Have you been eating more sugar lately? My son was complaining of headaches and told me he hadn't been eating lunch (one of those 11 year old 'it's not cool to bring your lunch' things). Once he started eating a good lunch with plenty of protein and low on sugar (especially chocolate) he started getting better. He seldom complains of headaches now and when he does we can trace it back to what he has or has not eaten.

There is of course the possibility that you may need glasses since your head hurts when you have been on the computer. You may want to have your eyes checked. You could be straining them.

I doubt that it has to do with your fall but you may want to have it checked out by your doctor. Did you lose consciousness when you fell? If so call your doctor asap and tell him/her what happened.

Depending on where the bump is located on the head then it might cause head aches, I have a bump on the back of my head (birth mark) and that gives me really bad head aches all the time.
While I was at school I would also get bad head aches, It turns out because of all the sitting you do at your desk and infront of a computer it can cause problems with your back and neck which will cause head aches. while I was studying I was paying $50 a week to visit a chiropractor just to get some relief from head aches, once I stopped studying my head aches went away.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

It could be just the added stress from school that's causing headaches (migraine or tension).

But it wouldn't be a bad idea to get your eyes checked out.

a couple things could be causing this
lack of sleep
stress
diet (too much sugar then a meltdown)
the bump could be very serious
