Women should not be preachers. The men should lead the congregation, the bible says men shall lead the family. They should be leading the church family as well.

Sometimes it is ok, sometimes it is not. The reason Paul says that woman should not talk in church is because it was the men who were well educated while the woman who were not. Look at Esther and Ruth. Look at many other Biblical women. In the garden of Eden, it was mainly Adams fault because he was with her when she was tempted by the serpent: Genesis 3:6 "When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it." Many men may be considered spiritual leaders though.

In religion it does not matter what men think or reason. What matters is what the Bible (God) says.
In the Bible, the apostle Paul recorded, "And I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man, but to be in silence. For Adam was formed first, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived, fell into transgression." (1 Timothy 2:12-14)
Notice this is not just the culture of his time, but his reasons go all the way back to the first humans.

Lets define it a bit finer.
Women; Pastors, Elders, Deacons, Teachers,(in Church), are not Biblical. Would I Marry one, I doubt it seriously. They would find it hard to be submissive to me as the High Priest of our Home, because of their unbiblical leadership positions in the Church.
Women; Evangelists, Teachers,(of younger women, and children in Church), is Biblical. Would I Marry one.....Maybe.

The bible clearly tells us that a woman cannot and should not be the head of a congregation. However she can teach other women the word of God.

Hmm as far as I figure God is not male or female. But if we are created by God then why would a man be greater than a woman is it not God in the end we are talking about when we are preaching. If it is the right message then the mouth dose not matter.

It's fine for a woman that is filled with the Spirit to talk at the podium. It's not fine for her to be ordained as a Pastor, as that is un-Biblical.
