That's so sweet! If you'd just like to get her a gift related to angels, which I'm sure she'd love, below is the link for a really good website that specializes in angel products at reasonable prices.
If you'd like to do something a little more personal then how about writing her poetry and making it into a book? I made my mom a book of poetry one year and to this day it is still the most treasured gift I've ever given her. I wrote all of the poems and really decorated the book nicely too. Or, you could write her one really good poem, perhaps about being your "angel", and either have it professionally penned in caligraphy (or do it yourself) and put some artwork with it and frame it. It would make a beautiful, and personalized, picture.

The Gift of TIME -- and I am NOT kidding. All any mother wants is for her CHILDREN to APPRECIATE all the Caring she has given -- so much so that the only one forgotten in the entire time of raising the children IS ... MOM!
So give her a 'gift' of YOUR TIME -- take her out someplace special -- it does NOT even have to be expensive -- as long as you are with her and wanting to be with her and treat her with the respect and LOVE that she deserves.
How about going to one of the "Make a Bear" places or a Ceramic Studio or anywhere else and MAKING Angels with Your Mom as a Day Out Activity?

The most treasured gift you can give someone is the gift of your time. Spend time with your mom. Take her somewhere just the two of you. If you are into crafting, maybe go to one of those pottery painting places. Those are great because you can sit and talk and have fun painting and being creative. Or if she's a spa type person, book a "couples" massage where you two can get the full treatment side by side. If you want to get her something tangible, write her a letter. Let her know how much she means to you. Believe me, she'll be really happy and she'll read it over and over again! I'm a mom, so I know!

If you are christian im sure you could find her a bible script that has angels on it, or you could get her a picture frame with angels on it and find a picture or take a good picture of you and your mom sharing a special time together. im sure she'll love whatever you get her but i understand you want it to be special.
It is so sweet of you to think of getting somethimg like that for your mom.
Hope i helped. Tell me how it works out!

Well since i was little i can remeber for every person, every birthday for them i'd make them something like a card or i'd draw or paint them something. So maybe you should buy a canvas and paint her something if you not that creative then plan a special day with her. Do what she always love to do take her out to lunch and just like spend the day with her, she'll really love it.

Why not give of yourself ? Take her out for the day, spend some money on her like an ew outfit and then lunch. If that is too spendy then just out for a cheaper lunch and time with you will be all a mother could want!

I don't know where you live, but here in the South it is traditional to give your mother a quilt. It is to symbolize that you wish to keep her warm in her old age because of your love for her. It is a one-time gift we make at any age we want.
We've sort of modernized it into blankets as well, something fairly expensive.

well i think you should get a necklace with an angel on it and in the middle there will be her birth stone. or you can buy her a locket and inside put thank you.
i think you should get her the birth stone. and prepare dinner and hide it under the napkin. or right beside something that she uses a lot.
