I Don't. Like I'm gonna walk around like a douche with a hot bag-o-poo! Seriously, who's with me. My dog's turds are so little anyway. I suggest you watch where you step if you're outdoors anyway. Common sense.

LOL, nobody is going to tell me to pick it up! If it is a law in my city, it is NOT enforced. AND, who is anybody to say "if you don't wanna pick it up, give your dog away." ?! What does that have to do with my love and devotion for my lil angel baby?!

By the way: It's rare that they will poop in somebodies yard. It's usually out on the grass by the road anyway. I try to keep them OFF people's property.

Here is why you should pick up your dogs poop:

- It is the law

- Its common courtesy

- It make a clearner city/enviornment

-Not picking it up makes all dogs and all dog owners (even those who pick up after their dogs) look bad. It is the biggest reason some people give dogs a bad name

- Dog poo can carry many diseases, which can be picked up by other dogs that come in contact with the poo, with other animals or even worse, little children playing. This can cause major illness not only to the animals but to people. How would you like it if your dog died because someone else didn't pick up their dogs poo?

- People say its good fertilizer. Nope (see next point), but dog poop does not compost quickly, it can take a very long time for it to disappear. And if no one picked it up expected it to all compost, then the poo would accumulate faster than it breaks down.

- And on top of the previous fact, dog poop is not fertilizer. It encourages other dogs to urinate there and contribute to nitrogen burn on the lawn. Nitrogen burn is not good.

- Dog poo is pollution, and can get into surronding lakes, rivers, underground reservoirs and eventually into your mouth.

- In the winter, dog poop will freeze, and stay where it is for several weeks to several months, not a nice site and not easy to pick up.

And there are even more reasons. Please pick up your dog's poop. There is nothing wrong with it, you don't touch it, you can use a bag, and it really isn't that hard. Get into the habit of it and set a good example for other people.

that's a fantastically unhappy situation even as there are such a lot of human beings not doing what they are meant to attempt this we are honestly moved to thank those who do. i understand what you propose in spite of the actuality that, i have stuck some human beings strolling their canine who does its agency on MY backyard. I supply them a bag and stand there even as they sparkling it up. I have youthful children so i will't have them taking area in/operating round in poo. I %. it up from my personal outdoor to boot for an same reason. we've friends who do not attempt this even, in case you bypass over for a bbq they only say "be careful of the poo". it is disgusting. the really position i imagine it is alright to not %. it up is at a leash loose canine park. or maybe then, in case you note it and/or it is without delay on the path, %. it up. it is really the right project to do as a to blame puppy proprietor. Have an magnificent day!

Wow! You may actually be one of my neighbors. I have two small dogs and I pick up after them twice a day. Plenty of others do not. Too bad, it makes them not such great neighbors. I do watch where I walk, but in wintertime it gets dark real early. Have a heart and pick up after your dog.

I do, I get very angry when I take my kids to the park and there is god feces around. If I didn't pick up after my dogs than that would make me a hypocrite

well it is out of courtesy to pick up your animals poop if they go in someones yard.. if i go out walking my dog and he goes poop i will pick it up in a plastic bag and throw it in someones trash.. but if i dont like the person, like my next door neighbor i let him poop in their yard and i walk away.

I do....it's common courtesy to do it....just because you think you might look like a "douche" (seriously, couldn't think of anything better?) you're not going to be responsible? Grow up - you're not ready for a pet.

Not a good approach since in many cities you can be fined or charged criminally for not picking it up and there are alot of products to pick up feces.

If your not prepared to clean after your dog, don't have a dog unless of course you don't mind random people coming to your house and defecating inside your house on the floor and also outside your house.
