The Bible was written in Aramaic, Hebrew and Greek - so those would be the most accurate. However, some English translations are very accurate. I read that when they translated for the New International Version of the Bible, they had 10 different scholars independently translate each portion (passage), and all 10 had to match or they had to start over.

Hebrew, naturally, because the first language the bible was written in was hebrew.
It's the most accurate.
