Other than spiritual? I think that the main ones are the way I dress (modestly) and the way I talk (not cussing). The choices I make are also very different. I guess overall you could say that the way that I live is different. (As a person, I'm the same as a non-believer---a sinner. And I'm not unwilling to admit that.)

this is a very genuine question, not just because I'm an atheist. I've been wondering what the answer could be for a long time. I am glad that you are a christian asking this question because when an atheist asks, christians are offended.
to answer your question: we are all the same. no one is better than another. the problem comes in when people judge others according to their differences.

We were all created equally by God. We all breathe the same air. We all have to eat and drink to survive. We all laugh when we're amused. We all cry when we hurt. We all bleed when we are physically hurt in some way. We all have mixed emotions about certain things, and we all express them in our own individual ways. So,essentially,we are no different than the non-believers,except for one VERY important detail. Christians make a conscious choice to serve their Creator, and the unbelievers make a conscious choice to reject Him.

Non-believer how? Do you mean athiests? agnostics? or people of other faiths? You're going to have to narrow it down a little, there friend.
Answering the question on it's marks, the biggest difference is that Christians are Christians.

I don't know I have never been a "non believer" but I have not always been a Christian either..even though I would have told you I was a Christian, I certainly was not, because now that I am a true Christian I seek to please God, where as before I only sought to please myself

How interesting! Did you expect a lot of answers saying that they were nicer than us "non-believers"? I am amazed how many times I have been called a good Christian when I am far from being a Christian. But as soon as I tell someone that I am not a Christian their whole perspective of me changes. Funny what a word can do isn't it?
