The most healthy (it is the best to me) consists of 1 cup of a high grain cereal with fat free milk, some fresh fruit, 1 slice of a grain or rye bread toasted with sugar free jelly. a cup of black coffee and a glass of vegetable juice.
It has assisted me to loose 20 pounds and keep it off.

special k and skim milk thats the usual....but the best is when someone else makes it for you and brings to your bed!
