some people are just born that way, (not genetics). she can try dying her hair....but some people think it is special to have white hair at such a young age, they are proud of it. your friend should be too!!! =D

It's genetics. I really doubt if anything else could be the result.

No idea, but if I were her I would turn it to my advantage. (ie multicolored streaks along with some streaks of white)

may be stress if she has alot of stress in her life but if not it cold just be in her genes to go gray fast!
