No. They have a different genetic code than people.

I don't know.But I'm fascinated by primordial dwarves ever since i saw a program on TV called"Incredibly Small:Kenadie's Story" about a little girl with it.She's 3 years old and weighs 9 lbs.

They can get Pituitary dwarfism. It is seen most in GSD. Beware of anyone offering a "Mini GSD".

dont have a for sure answer on that but one of my dogs had a litter of pups and i'm sure one of them was...we named him midget and his structure was totally different than all the others.i breed yorkies and have 8 of them myself....and that was the first i ever seen one that looked like it.
