hi,
The main thing is to practise OUT LOUD. Just read anything out loud - ingredients form a tin of beans, sentences from a magazine - get used to hearing your own voice. Don't speak too fast - your brain can go faster than your mouth so slow down. Say 'comma' or 'fullstop' to yourself when you came across one, this will help you slow down and stop any panic. See the site below for loads of info - browse through all the pages for tips and help.

Practice keeping your head up and speaking to your audience. They will only know you're nervous if you allow them to know you're nervous. Easier said then done? When was the last time you lied and chuckled about it afterward. Channel that energy and hold your head up high. Fear no man!

First, when you speak, focus on what you are saying and not on who is responding. Don't let audience response or lack of response sway you either way, just focus on your message.
Focus on breathing and speaking slowly and clearly.
