alright so, guys, im a chick who is into this guy and he flirts with me and sends me flirtin e-mails and stuff...i send him stuff back and when he calls me i flirt and stuff too....im not sure if he knows that i like him or not..i dunno if he is into me either. but guys, what are some good ways to really hook a guy...like how do you like women to flirt with you or what really makes you want to date someone? please help!

Well you can go back and forth on the flirting and you can just keep it on the phone but you need to through something out there that is a little different like You are so silly and funny lets go out tomorrow or say something like are you old enough to have a few drinks . You 2 do know how to flirt with each other try to be a little more direct and see what happens and if he answers you then cool if he shuts up then he is a little shy and you need to push him a little. You see what happen to some guys they do not know how to talk unless they flirt and do not want to ask because they do not want to be turned down so you make it happen. First - you need to find out what makes the person you're interested in ticks, like what are his hobbies, who are his favourite film stars, what are his sports, where he usually hangs out, what does he like to eat,. Then engage in conversation to show that you're not just flirtin but am serious about a relationship. then go on dates.

HEY!!! everybody is different but something ive never heard a complaint about is when a girl comes and its the first time you see her that day and just looks at your eyes for like 3 seconds tells you (hey youre looking really good today) gives you a little kiss in your chick ans says ill see you later and just leave wooooooooooowwww there are two things that can happen
1.- hell grab you and kiss you while you are walking away OR
2.- His going to be feeling his stomach revolving inside like when you see somebody you really like and he will just stay smiling falling in love....

just be upfront with him, tell him you are into him and want to get to know more about him. make a date, share some laughs and see what you have in common...good luck!
