An excellent site to look for the type of program that you require is http://www.download.com (Type MPEG to DVD in the search box and press Enter, or, if you're sure this is the program for you, enter the name DVDBuilder 2.7)

On about the fourth page in, I found DVDBuilder v2.7. I've never used it, but it claims to "Convert DVDs out of MPEG files".

Give it a try and see what you think.

BTW, most of the files I found listed are Shareware, meaning you have to pay for them if you find them useful, but there may be other programs in pages further on. It says there are 393 pages of 10 items per page (up to 3,930), so that should give you something to do.

Best of luck.

I hope it does it for you.

Additional Info: I've just installed DVDBuilder v2.7, but it only deals with MPEG-2 files. I don't know if this is what you've got. Sorry.
