Don't accuse her of not flushing, but make it a point to say something like "Boy, whoever isn't flushing the toilet should start doing so, because its gross and a bad habit.." Maybe she will get the hint if you do it a couple of times.

everytime you catch her take her back into the br and make her flush then wash in front of y ou she will get tired of backtracking and start to do it on her own its hard on u for a little while but you can handle it

Yes that is the best answer embarrass and humiliate her that will work, Tell her in the most disgusted tone how filthy and ill mannered that is especially for a young lady. Tell her that none of her friends do that because you asked them and tell her that if they knew that she wasn't flushing they wouldn't be friends with her and the boys will tease her horribly.

this is going to sound wack but mine is 7 and doesn't flush either i just wait till i make a nasty and don't flush it and when she goes and sees it she says "mom you are supposed to flush the toilet" point taken

Talk to her, explain it to her. If she won't start flushing, start making fun of her, that might motivate her.
And if anything else fails, a good spanking will do.

you mite try telling herthat your 9 now and you should start flushing and then make a big sign like in resterants please flush after use and please wash hand .and you could tell her that could make bugs come in the house 'cause they love poo in the toilet... good-luck

let her go int he bathroom with you and when your done say "watch this" like its some kind of game
