I am sure that common sense will come with age (although I am still waiting for some:)
As for vocabulary, I would suggest reading. Reading books that you find interesting and are well written. I personally love reading and could spend 20 lifetimes reading.
As for online sources, there are many. You can get a word of the day delivered to your email. Michael Quinion has an excellent website about etymology. Doctor Dictionary also has daily or quotidian words.
Perhaps go to your local library and see if a librarian could suggest titles that would get you into reading.
I am sure that you are very smart.
Good luck!

Reading will help the vocabulary. I used to read the dictionary. You'd be surprised, it can actually be fun. Nothing teaches common sense. You have it, or you don't, and some people never get it, others learn from experience. Good luck.

I'm each. I've had well instances and dangerous instances. I've discovered how to outlive the streets and the way to outlive the college existence. I decide on the latter. Believe it or now not, it is less complicated to be a pupil than it's to be homeless. Being avenue clever does now not imply having typical experience. It manner; should you have been dropped within the center of Compton, might you get out with out being shot, robed, or raped?

Start doing Crosswords and watching game shows. I've learned alot by doing both.
