Easy Chicken and Rice

4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 boxes any style chicken flavored Rice a Roni (I like chicken and broccoli for this dish)
water
butter or olive oil

Heat butter or olive oil in covered skillet over medium high heat. Lightly brown chicken pieces and set aside. Follow package directions on Rice a Roni (using the butter or oil in the skillet). Bring Rice mixture to a boil and push chicken pieces down into it. Cover and cook 25 to 30 minutes. Pierce chicken to make sure juices run clear, which means chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Serves 4 generous portions.

Chicken Pot Pie=

1 Pillsbury Pet-Ritz Pie Crust (2 come in a pkg, so you can use one for top, one for bottom)

1 family size can of Campbells' Cream of Chicken Soup

1 can peas & carrots (comes together in a mix)

1 pkg of chicken

This will make an awesome pot pie! Boil your chicken for 45 minutes, then combine all ingredients and pour into the crust. Bake for 30 minutes at 350. Enjoy!

1000's. Just think soup.
Take rice, pasta, or potatoes (one ingredient)
Add soup (Campbell's Chunky's are my favorite)
Add meat
Add seasoning (blends take out the guesswork)

Voila!

Yum!
