This has happened to me before. I am in love with this girl. So one day i ask her what she is doing and she says writing notes. Well since i'm a male i don't really see the point in writing notes. So then i think if i write a note or two to my buddy she will feel more attracted to me and spend more time with me. Well she thought it was weird. I'm not going to say the "be yourself" crap all i have to say is only impress him if you want to become him but in a female version and don't impress him if you want to be his girl.

Unfortunately, it's not weird, it's sadly common. Girls, please understand that you need to have your own interests and dont' have to love everything a cute boy does. More than likely, he's not going to be around forever, so if you make yourself into his ideal, you might just be losing yourself in the process.
Plus, if he wanted to date someone that liked everything he did, he'd just stay home and play with Rosie Palms. He'll respect you more if you have your own interests and hobbies.
Having said that, it won't hurt to try to enjoy his favorite activites with him, watch a race, play some basketball, whatever. But don't get so into him that you lose sight of yourself.

Not weird, but kinda pathetic. Keep your favourite things as your favourite things. Don't change yourself to be with him.

It means you're obsessed with this guy and you want it to work, so you change yourself to make yourself more attractive.
My sister did that--her ex hated chocolate and was a preacher's son aiming to be a preacher, so she gave up chocolate and because a preacher's wife in though.
My sister-in-law did that--she keeps changing herself to be found more attractive. Her husband hates basketball and despite the fact that used to go to every NCAA tournament with my husband, she now hates it because her husband hates it.
It's sad that you would have to change yourself to be liked.

no i see all the time when a girl likes a guy and he likes something more than her, so she automatically thinks that she has to like it more but the truth is you don't just ti satisfy a guy, he should like you for the way you are

No, thats not weird at all. Many girls do that when they are with someone they like.......they end up liking whatever their boyfriend/husband likes.
It's pretty normal....I do it with my husband and I know friends that do it with their boyfriends & husbands.
