most coolant are for all cars these days look on the side it will tell you for all makes and models

I have a VW Passat,2004 and the owner's manual is very strong on the idea that you have to use their coolant. Might want to check that out.

depends on your climate but i would flush your system....and portion it out with mostly coolant for winter conditions and a little more water for warmer conditions. I live in Iowa so when i flush it i leave as much water in the engine block and radiator as much as possible and fill my reserve full of pure coolant....in all my cercumstances it has worked out fine. NO problems of overheating
