Place your wrists under cold water for a few minutes, or splash cold water on your face.
Play some dance music of your choice that lifts you up, dance around the room, I know you are tried but this really works, music is known to change the chemicals in the brain. Good luck on your test and think Positive...I know you can do it!!!!! If you get nervous like I did, just imagine them either naked or that you are playing a part in a movie where you are taking a driving test!!

Giving yourself time is probably the best way to wake yourself up fully if you are very tired. Even if you can't go to bed early, you can always wake up earlier. What I do is if I am very tired and question if I will be able to move well in the morning, then I will set my alarm an hour earlier. Try to get up right when it goes off and get moving. Take a shower, go eat breakfast, whatever you normally do. If you have time left over you can play till it's time to go. That way, if you have an early appointment, your mind will be more active than if you just rolled out of bed.

Depending on how much time you have, some quick excercises or stretches usually wake me up, you could run in place or do push ups or sit ups, the endorphins help, or you could always take a quick shower, that wakes me up in the morning.

Wash your face.
Seriously, when I'm tired I just put some hot water on my face and towel it off and in a minute I feel better. Or if it's cold outside where you are (like it is here) step outside naked really fast. :)

1) Instead of putting warm water in your face in teh morning make it freezing and pour it on your face ALWAYS helps me =)
2)Go to bed early thats always a obvious soultion
3)put too almarms on and put them on the extact time =]

Try washing your face with cold water, or excercizing, you don't have to do a full work out just a little physical activity.
