And not just in the bedroom, I mean. I'm a reasonably fair sprinter, and I can do a lot in short bursts, but I cannot endure ANYTHING for a long period of time, whether it's standing up for 2 hours or jogging for a kilometer.

I'd like to know how to improve my endurance.

You can't have both. If you develop your slow twitch fibers then you will neglect your fast twitch.

Slowly build up the distance you run, or the amount of exercise you do. Your body will adjust.
