Well, technically that is a trick question. As I see it, the turkey has a natural fat content within the meat fibers & in the skin. So it's a bit uncontrollable...whereas the lasagna can be as hearty & fat laden as you want it to be(traditional: w/ ricotta cheese, ground meat, cheese) or it can be made with lower fat/calorie ingredients which is a controllable factor. But, to answer your question directly...I would say that the traditional lasagne recipe would have more fat overall than the less fatty white meat of a turkey.

That depends on the portion size of each one and what is IN the Lasagna. Cheese, vegetarian, meaty etc.
They both are healthy foods...even the lasagna. Lasagna has many nutrients in it, but can become very high in fat content, if too much of this is eaten or contains too much cheese.

def lasagna.. turkey is actually healthy..... it's meat but not fatty meat like ground beef. i think turkey sandwich is healthier than a ham sandwich too! :)
