I need to sterlize a needle/or those pimple devices thingies because I have WAYYY too many whiteheads!!! HELP!!! I need to sterlize a needle before I pop my zits!

Soak it in rubbing alcohol for at least 10 minutes. That will kill most germs. You should also wipe the pimples with rubbing alcohol right before you use the needle because your skin has germs on it too. Passing it through a flame won't do much. To truly sterilize by heat, the needle would have reach a temp. of 272 degrees.

Use a lighter or match and heat the tip of the needle.

soap or use a lighter and pass the needle through it for a brief second which will sterelie the needle

Sew-up the hole. Then place a cork on it. That'll stop the little prix infecting it.
