ok ok, heres the deal, im completely lost on what to get my boyfriend for christmas and i was just thinking about getting him a hoodie he wants from ae and a couple little things but i was always thinking about adding a gift card...is that a good idea...or should i stay away from the gift card idea? some people say you should give him a gift that actually means something but idk? haha i cant decide! give me opinions... =)

For a boyfriend, I would recommend something personal. Gift cards can be fun, but you should get him a real gift. There is something exciting about opening a package on Christmas from the one you love. It's romantic, and it shows him you cared enough to spend time picking something out just for him. Now if you are talking about adding a gift card to the other items you suggested, there's nothing wrong with that. I'm sure the hoodie's already $35 + the other things, but depending on how serious you guys are, its ok to get him the card too. If you guys are a new couple, or haven't been dating that long, it might be too much.

No gift cards, not from a girlfriend at lest. You his GF if you got him a GC it would seem like you don't know him at all. Just get him some more clothes. Especially some nice boxers he will really dig that!!

Personally I stay away from buying cloths to many variables like wrong size,color,style etc you could buy him cd's...dvd...etc as far as a gift card make your own and decide what it could be like.....dinner for 2 cooked by you or maybe you buy dinner and a movie something like that it will mean alot because it came from you and you made it yourself...

do not get him a gift card
if it was a b-day party sure but its not
so get him something like for a sport or something he does
