It would take a truly illiterate person to ask a question like that. I've lived in Louisiana my entire life, and I'm educated. I know educated people from both states as well. Louisiana is home to Tulane University, which probably ranks much higher than the school you attended. You did attend school right? Instead of focusing on negatives for people or places, why don't you see what you can do to make the world a brighter and better place. On a side note, I always notice people asking questions like this one never want to mention where they live.
