like he would be right up agaist me but not try to put his arm around me or try to hold my hand but yet he keept smiling at me talking, flirting with me. Also his leg keept touching mine.

He's shy, and he isn't good at reading a girl's "signals". He probably WANTS to put his arm around you, but he doesn't know if you'll get mad if he does. That's why his leg keeps touching you.

he was prob just shy. ive known guys to do that and ive known guys to just grab your hand and five minutes later kiss you.
ive always been shy with guys but the moment i met the guy im with now i was open. i kissed him first [and totally hold it over his head] it just depends on how comfortable you are with the person
