No, Noah and his family were only one race and stayed that way until today. the flood was locale and killed all except Noah and his family. Other races were all around and alive before and after the flood. there is Asia kingdoms that date their kings back before the flood and all though it.
if you look up the word "world" in a Strong's you'll find that it means "land", "nation", or "country". this tells us that God put Adam and Eve on the earth and also other "Adam and Eve's" of other races.

According to the bible, Noah and his family were the only people left after a world wide flood. Naysayers don't believe the flood happened but researchers are beginning to find fossilized traces of oceanic, salt water creatures high in the mountains. That at least gives some credibility to the story of Noah and a flood. The water is now locked up on the polar caps. Numerous people have seen something resembling a large wooden craft on top of Mount Ararat in present day Turkey. There is not sufficient proof it is Noahs Ark as yet so we have to wait awhile longer for evidence that will be irrefutable. Some of the people who have seen it had no interest in proving or disproving the story of Noah's ark.
People who study the DNA of plants have determined that strains of present day plants that are grown by people who farm came from an area near present day Iraq or Iran. Amazingly, people who are attempting to determine a "mother tongue" have enough evidence to make them believe there was a common language that spread out from Iraq as people migrated to other parts of the world. These similarities are enough to make me believe that it ocurred after the tower of Babel incident. Which was after the flood. The people would have carried the seeds they would need to grow food wherever they decided to settle and of course they took their "new" language with them as they went.
It is possible but not proven, that God might have given them the skin color at the same time He confounded the languages. That would help them know who they could communicate with. It would also act as an additional way to prevent them from working so closely together at things God disapproved of. Like the tower to go up and "see God".
Notice there are four major language groups and four major skin tones. There are of course variations in between of each, but actually only four.

Yea that's where they come from.
In the bible Noah is considered the new Adam. All people came from him after the flood, The people moved off and over the next few thousand years there bodies adapted to their environment. They didn't evolve as evolution requires a new species to develop.
They just adapted.

Yes God had made it this way when He "scattered the people"
Genesis 11:9
That is why it was called Babel —because there the LORD confused the language of the whole world. From there the LORD scattered them over the face of the whole earth.
You can read more about the Tower of Babel in Genesis 11.

I think it's a fairy tale. The mass destruction of the earth, as well as most of the "legends" of Christianity, has been borrowed from other ancient religions. The different races as well as dialects and languages of the people of the earth can better be explained by evolution. The longer period of time that groups of a species are separated from each other the more differences will appear. We accept it in the animal kingdom; why are we so adverse to accepting it with humans? We are animals too. Evolution is a scientific fact. Living organisms change over time to better adapt to their environments. If you have a hard time believing it, think about the changes Americans have gone thru in a relatively short period of time ( since the settling of the New World by Europeans)--How many of us living in the 21st century could be plopped down in Plymoth Colony and actually survive in that environment? We're not equipped mentally or physically anymore to handle the harsh living conditions of the early settlers. We've changed as our environment has changed.

So the story goes. Looks like were going to become one race before too long, so yes, I do believe that, anything is possible.
Being that a thousand years is a day and vice versa, it really has been quite long enough for that evolution to have occurred.

Absolutely. You think it not possible? I guarantee it is. Isolation through thousands of years by various clans results in what is called genetic drift.
Case in point: It's happened in regions of Appalachia, within a couple of hundred years. Distinct racial characteristics have appeared there because of isolation and low population. Hence, a smaller population equates to a smaller gene pool and dominate characteristics of that smaller population begin to accentuate various racial features (genetic drift).
Now, from Noah we have thousands of years, and lots of isolation until recent history. Think about it!
