on a thursday morning ask her what kind of movies she likes then later in the day ask if she would like to see a movie ( the kind she likes) friday (tommorw night whatever) and hope she says yes. (o ya and dont forget to comliment her before you ask her out)

Talk to her about different movies that are out in theatres, and find one that you both haven't seen before, and ask her if she'd like to go see the movie with you sometime.
Ask her if you could take her out to dinner sometime.
