Anything you want. I took things like typing, wood shop, and honors geomotry in high school. It wasn't until I was actually in college that I decided to become a CPA.

If you want to throw in an accounting class in high school, go ahead. Be warned, though. Accounting doesn't really become interesting until you get to the advanced courses in college - at that point you're in much smaller classes with people who share the same goal you do.
