Analog and Digital systems just imply the type of modulation.

Fundamentally it doesn't matter what the carrier frequency is, so sharing bandwidth is okay .... the FCC may disagreed though.

There is a type of digital they call sparead spectrum. U take a carrier at 70 mhz. apply your modulation of intelligence mux telephone etc. then into a balanced mixer a sudo random digital data that repeats every 100,000 bits. this will splatter possible +&_ 20 mhz. your signal ,the only problen that the receiver must have the coded digatal signal to recover your intelegence. U must also use some way to synchronize the signals together. u will have no problems because if u dont have the code u cant detect the signal.
