For the past month I've been feeling very run down and fatigued. I just had a physical and my blood tests were normal. I forgot to ask the doctor what fodds are good for energy and which ones to stay away from. Any ideas?

maybe some energyu drinks such as monster, I know those help me stay awake during school. Monster is the best tasting one, but get the lo-carb, cuz they have 25 less grams of sugar than rgular, but they taste the same.
