Believers are insufferable because they claim that their faith has all the answers, all the reasons for being here, all the glory and such and such. Wouldn't it be easier for everyone if religions admitted that they don't have a clue, the same as everyone else?

I would not say we don't have a clue.
But I will say we do not know everything and wont ever know everything.
I think if most believers didn't try to push there beliefs down other peoples throat's we would all live better and get along better.
I never claim to know everything.
I know what I believe and don't believe but I dont push it off on people and if someone ask I tell them but I dont think I should sit and preach.

Because that is intellectual suicide. No religion claims to have all the answers. I am Christian. I have had 4 years of Bible College. I would never say Christianity has all the answers. But it does have answers. And I think it is important to articulate those answers because the fact of the matter is they stand up to scrutiny.

What you are saying is religion is bad because they wont abmit they dont have a clue. But you are claiming you do. So who is being intolerant and claiming to have all the answers?

I really don't think being tolerant and tolerated is solely a religious issue. I think it is also a moral and ethical issue. Yet,if we have to make it a religious issue, it can be solved by obeying the two great commandments given to us by Jesus Christ. In Saint Matthew chapter22 verses 37-40 Jesus exhorts us saying "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it,Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets." If we all obeyed these commandments, NOTHING would ever be an issue! quizkid

Oh hell yes!! I am a Christian, but I don't think that I was put on this earth to judge anyone, nor to tell anyone how to live their life, I would gently suggest to be kind, help out where you can. Let God sort 'em out.

God Bless You

If that happened then we would all go to hell, I promise you believers are more sufferable than hell will be when you get there.

Oh and we don't have all the answers, Jesus does though.

it is unrealistic. to have faith in whatever you believe in, one tends to acknowledge that the other beliefs are contrary to your own belief. if you truly follow Christ, it would be difficult to agree with the muslim faith, hindu faith, etc. it is just not possible to be all inclusive.
