I think it's more than tolerant. Well, that depends on the vitriol of your ridicule.
Use your humor, be truthful, as you see it, but don't be cruel. That helps no one.

Not so much, because if you had a tolerant attitude, you would not ridicule someone with different beliefs. To be tolerant is more like "live and let live", than "in your face". I hear you about bars, got to really watch what you say in those places. I would be afraid to discuss religion or politics in a bar, I have a hummingbird butt!!!

well that depends.
land that you hold sacred. is my only problem with that statement.
because the land that i hold as sacred and the land that you hold as sacred may be very different.
i have a grove and a circle of stones that i hold as sacred. if you were to come into this land i would expect you to respect my beliefs and customs. as i would respect yours if i were in a place that you hold sacred. i may not hold your land as sacred, but the fact that you do means that i should at least respect your beliefs while i am on that land.
i do honor several War Gods so you may be in danger of getting your *** kicked if you disrespect the land or inhabitants of a place that i call sacred. so this is not limited to bars.
other than that it is pretty good.

I just don't see the need to "ridicule" anyone for their
faith, idea, speech, nationality, race, fashion, or
patriotism. Each person has a "right" to their own
feelings or choosings. Just let people alone and mind
your own business.

Yes! I think you have a tolerant attitude, no one with a brain should ask anyone to accept their opinion or belief just because
that's what they believe. You have every right to defend your
beliefs and I my beliefs
