I, I can not eat 12 hours before the blood test.. it is 14.5 hours before it...It's 6:30pm now and I'm getting it done at 9am...
I have vitamins and anti-depressants.
Should I take my daily dosage now or could it interfeir with the blood test?

You should skip them. One day won't hurt but could skew your results.

If you knew how they make vitamins in this country, you will never ever use them again. When the doctors say take nothing except your medications with a sip of water, that is what they want you to do. For instance Vitamin C is made in this country(U.S.) by letting sewer sludge ferment, then scraping the mold that forms from the fermenting process and turning it into Vitamin C. Hope you enjoy your vitamins now.

Any thing taken or eaten before a blood test will interfere. But it depends on what the test is for.My doctor tells me what I can and can not have. Usually I can have only water or black coffee.

Unless they are testing your for vitamin deficiency, you're probably OK, but you can go one day without a vitamin. Take it when the test is over instead
Same is probably true for the psychotropic. Don't take it till the test is over
