They are absolutely fantastic cities - I would love to work in Liverpool at some point, particularly during 2008! You know, they were chosen as the two cities with the friendliest accents in the country? Better than my home city of Stoke...

As with so many questioners here, it depends how you define the word "best" because it's such a personal thing which is best or worst etc. And obviously you've never been to London or Manchester or surely you'd have included one or both of those? I suppose again it depends on which definition of best you are looking for or talking about though and as you don't say, it's an impossible question to answer, surely?

Obviously being a LONDON lass, I know that you cant beat LONDON!!! However, I heard a rumour that Liverpool was banging, thus, my friend and I are heading up there for the weekend in the first week of December and I CANT WAIT!!!
