What Hover technology is available besides a fan that would create a cushion of air or thrust by are or jet power. Is there an alternative way to create a pulse or enegy field? I don't mean alien hover unless you have the plans, in that case... how much?

Magnetic levitation isn't alien science, the recent high speed train crash in Germany was a maglev.
There are serious and credible reports that Boeing is working on anti gravity, and not as some super secret project either, see the news articles below.
No updates since 2002 so it could be a hoax?

An incredibly high magnetic field will levitate a living organism. I once saw a frog being levitated.

............. simple .......... under skirt filled with air and the whole air craft works on ai cushion ................ the fans over head push it ........... and there are other fans to keep the skirt filled with air ............
