It is called Samaritians Purse. They have a website and it is based in North Carolina. You can make your purchases over the internet. They are also well received by the Christian community.

Good grief! I can't imagine there being one when there are people in our own country that could use the help FIRST !!

oxfam did it as a christmas card program last christmas and i think they may do it again this year. I had them get some poverty stricken kids some school equipment :-)
