Just be yourself everywhere you go. Don't be shy...say hello to everyone. Smile! If someone smiles back or talks to you, don't be afraid to strike up a conversation.
You can do this at church or at the store...anywhere at all!
And just because your 65 doesn't mean you have to limit yourself to women in their 60s. There are women as young as 40 willing to date a man your age...for the maturity, freindship and security as well...

Try going to church. If you have a preferred denomination then great, otherwise try a few out see what you like. Personally I think the best way to meet good people is at church. But be warned because there are a lot of bad people at church too.

Get out there. Volunteer. Take group dancing lessons. Help out with community/civic/church events. Join a singles travel group. Take up new hobbies. Sign up for a cooking class.

Same way anyone else does, you just have to look. Granted there maybe less singel 60 year old women but they are out there. Why not the online personals?

ITS SO EASY AT YOUR AGE go to a golden age club....alot of women will run to you because alot of them have no more husband....when my uncle lost his wife he was 67 and all the women around would send him food and invite him for coffee....i gave him condoms....as a joke and he said one wekk later ...get me 12 more im out...imagine that....also try in a church

go to the dances and not the teen ones. look on the Internet. bowling alleys,and look in your local paper for current events for your area. good luck happy hunting
