If the computer is running Windows XP, and you're using one of the Internet Explorers. This is very simple to accomplish without putting a fancy program in the computer. Open Explorer, click on tools, then Internet options. On the window that opens up, click on the security tab in the top box you should see a red checkmark this is restricted sites, highlight the red check, below that there's a button that says, sites click on this, now all you have to do is enter the correct Internet address in the line and click add. Do this for each web site you wish to block. The only thing your brother will get is an Internet error page, he will think the servers down.

One way to do this is using a router. Since many homes today have wireless routers you may have something simillar already installed in your home. If this is the case, by configuring the options on the router you can have it block certain websites. To your little brother it will look like the websites are down or not working.

Well you can use the parental controls in the internet options but im pretty sure that when he trys to load it up it will say something like "this website has been blocked by admin"
