Try it and see what you come up with! They have garlic ice cream and that's supposed to be good.
They put everything in ice cream these days, so I'm sure there is a tasty way to do it.
Maybe caramalize the onions with brown sugar and add them with a type of fruit like pears or something.

Sure. First put a hotdog in a bun. Top it with two scoops of the homemade ice cream. Then sprinkle with onions.

onion ice cream doesn't sound good but I did see on Recipe Zaar .com where you mixed melted vanilla ice cream with flour and made homemade onion rings -- now maybe that wouldn't be so bad

Well homemade onion rings and strawberry milkshakes taste good together,but I dont think raw onions in the icecream would work.

UMM.. I ONCE PUT GINGER IN HOMEMADE ICECREAM AND IT DID GIVE IT A KICK BUT IT WAS PRETTY GOOD SO TRY IT..WHATS THE WORST THAT CAN HAPPEN?
