Can any one explain to me ?

In his book Mark Bowden mentioned that the Rangers who roped in from the four Blackhawks were 75 , but also he mentioned that each Ranger chalk was composed from 13 men ..thats give us 52 men in total .....so how you explain the difference ...thanks

umm maybe some medics roped in with them or possibly some special forces guys... what does it matter?
