If he looks like a flirt, sounds like a flirt, acts like a flirt, . . . . . . . .then he is a flirt.
At this point, if this is all you know about him, and if you are interested, be careful as you have given no suggestion in your question other than he a big flirt.
Talk to some of your girl friends and see if they know anything and if he likes you, he will take it past the flirting stage.

It means that he is a big flirt and you are just one of the many girls that he flirts with.
Some guys are just like this. I personally wouldn't want a guy like that.

ah theres so many theese days.. they really are confusing. he might like you a little.. but i wouldnt get your hopes up. guys like that are usually just flirting to see what response the girls give back.

I kno jus how u feel even doe i'm a guy, same thing is happin' to me with this girl.. I'tz so misleading and you get your heart broken alot of times then get back up, but I advise you jus to spend more time with him and tell him how you feel, if he doesn't listen he's not worth it.. hope I helped
