I know its frustrating but at the end of the day you can't force her to talk to him and she would probably be really mad if you talked to him for her. Some girls are really shy and find it hard to talk to guys, so she will probably have her own way to deal with her crush. Just support her decisions, i'm sure it will all work out at the end.
