It can take years, especially when you involve attorneys in the mix. I have one that has been pending since April 22, 2004. And that is for towing and storing the wrecked vehicle. Since I'm one of the parties, that means the owner hasn't been compensated yet.
By the way, please don't type in all caps, it's hard to read, and it's the cyber equivalent of yelling.

It depends on a lot of stuff you have not given us enough information about with your run-on sentences. Are you talking about vehicle damages or injury? If you have an attorney (is that who Larry H Parker is?) then why aren't you asking him this?
Bodily injury settlements can only be done when treatment is complete, and they can take a while. Attorney involvement delays claim settlements by a little bit, so I'm not surprised that an April accident claim has not been settled yet. The attorney has to get all of the medical documentation, submit it, and then the insurance company will evaluate it and make an offer and the negotiation process will take place. Depending on the circumstances, and how reasonable the attorney or other party is to deal with, it could take no time to settle, or it could take months once the final records are sent in.

NO payment might be furnished until your husband is finished treating after which the adjuster gets all scientific reviews from ALL medical professionals that handled him. So say for example he maintains to regard until the top of the 12 months, then it could possibly tackle traditional of 30 to 60 days to get all the scientific charges and reviews from all medical professionals. With rear finish injuries, essentially the most normal harm complained of is "whiplash". It isn't normal for shoulder accidents, however it could possibly occur, however is infrequent. With the ER, PT, MRI plus surgical procedure, he absolutely has at minimal could be $15,000 plus in scientific charges?? In the state of NY, the minimal limits required through regulation is $25,000/$50,000 for physically harm. So if the final auto used to be accountable for all the different four vehicles best has the minimal limits required through regulation, the max your husband can acquire for his payment is $25,000 max..............Even if his scientific charges had been to whole to $35,000, all they may be able to pay is $25,000. But,,,,,,,,,,considering the fact that there have been four vehicles worried on this twist of fate, absolutely the opposite three vehicles could have accidents additionally and dossier a declare. In the opposite three vehicles, ALL drivers and passengers (IF), injured, might have a declare in this men coverage. In those circumstances, the coverage organization WILL NOT settle until all people is finished treating and they have got the entire scientific charges and reviews from the entire medical professionals from the entire "claimants" to check if there's adequate cash to pay EVERYBODY. So say for example, three persons are claiming accidents and the whole quantity of scientific charges for all people is $60,000, that's $10,000 greater than the coverage max of $50,000, so that they then "prorate" the volume to all that's paid essentially the most to the worst injured to the least injured. Now in case your OWN coverage has underneath-coverage, then YOUR coverage will decide upon up the steadiness if now not adequate at the at faults coverage. Since you employed a legal professional, absolutely he has "inquired" with the at fault coverage organization approximately the boundaries and will have to understand if the man best has the minimal required through regulation, or if he had better. But my wager is that this will likely take months earlier than any present is made. well good fortune
