every relationship i have ever been in has ended with the girl goin for an asshole. i mean, i thought the girls out there wanted a guy to be nice to them and listen to them. if thats the case, why am i "losing" to the assholes? do any of your girls actually want to be with a nice guy and mean it?

I think that alot of guys feel this way, your not alone. But that doesn't mean that you should stop trying by any means.
You are just being nice to the wrong girls!? I real women doesn't want to be with a jerk for the rest of her life. We may date the jerks but we always marry the nice guys.
That is just something to keep in mind hun.
I think that you shouldn't give up!!!! Keep your head high and keep looking for MRS.Right
For the girls that don't realize what they have right in front of them., I really feel sorry for them
I'm sure that you are a great guy you just have to keep trying.....
I think that nice guys always finish 1St....... It was just a jerk who kept sore.!!!! :-)

This is because assholes hold themselves to a higher status. You may think you are being nice but what you are actually doing is let someone elses will be imposed over yours. That means you don't think highly of yourself.
This is the best advice I can give you.
Respect others but say no when you want to. If you don't want to do something say no. It can be for the simplest thing. Remember, being nice says alot about you and its not always good. Being an asshole have a very different meanings to it. If you went up to someone and called them ugly in their face, that is being an asshole. If you dont agree to with something someone says then does that make you an asshole? No. It just means you value what you value. That is something worthy of respect.

I will tell you my experience.
I grew up with the exact same issue you have. Being "nice" got you: dumped, ignored, and used.
So I stopped caring. As soon as I became an ahole...girls were around all the time, ready to be used and abused.
They do really want men that are jerks. If someone else tries to tell you different, DON'T listen.
In any event, years of experience will teach you what i just stated, whether you listen or not.
