I'm trying to fly standby for a 7 am flight, but unfortunately, I can't find a reasonably priced means of transportation to get me there in time. So, I was thinking of going to the airport tonight and camping out.

hmm...priceline.com and hotwire.com might be options but I don't know if u can book that after six. You're best best is to probably stay at a nearby hotel with shuttle service. If you have an AAA card you could probably get a discount.

Not very well. I have been stuck only twice in my lifetime due to weather delays. I always just tried to relax all I could and shut my eyes to rest them.
