i have been trying to ask a girl out but then i get too shy. Could this becuase i have aspergers? what should i say when i ask her out?

I like the note idea. Whether you ask her in person or in a note, though, keep your message very simple. Say, for example, "I think you're really _____. Would you go out with me?" Fill in the blank with whatever it is you like about her. Do not comment on her physical attractiveness/her body, even if that's what you like about her, because it is potentially offensive.
Since you don't have much to say, I suggest you put your request for a date in a nice card. The card can make up for your lack of content, and a small gift like this makes you appear thoughtful to her. Get a female to help you pick out the card if you don't know what to buy.
Be sure that when you ask her out, you actually have an idea of what you would like to do if she says 'yes.' I don't know your ages or interests or where you live, but I would recommend a date where you have something to do, like coffee, a meal, a walk, or some other interest you both have in common.
You will have to make some small talk during your dates. Ask her simple questions about herself: "What is your favorite _____?" "What did you do today?" "What do you like most about _____?" "What are your interests or hobbies?" If she asks you these questions about yourself, be sure not to talk too much or in too great detail about your hobbies, or you are liable to bore her. Try not to talk for more than a couple minutes about yourself during your first couple dates. Talking too much about yourself is one of things people find most annoying, so be careful about this.
If you get nervous or you don't know what to say, you should tell her the truth. Tell her that you are very shy and sometimes you don't know what to say. Tell her that even if you are quiet, you are still glad she is there with you.

Being shy will get you no where. Talk.music. movies. simple things ..then ask her out, if she talks to you .

walk up to her and ask her to go to the movies and you pay then if she looks like she is having fun ask her out.

ask her if she wants to go like bowling or to a movie with you and just act nice and easy going- thats what makes me like guys
