I have been dating a lovely guy for over a month now. We slept together about the second week. I now feel bad sleeping with him so soon because i wanted it to be extra special and got to know each other a bit better first. I know he's not just after sex because he recently gave up a big job opportunity abroad just so he could stay here and be with me. Should i tell him how i'm feeling or just leave it and not sleep with him again for a while?

Sweetheart, like others have said, the clock can not be turned back, it is best to keep doing it any time you and he like.
The difference, make everytime as special as you can. Chances are it will only become better and better.
"Let everything work together toward the best!
P.S. If you don't have sex with him for a while, he will think it is his fault. Please don't do him that way!

Discuss it over with him and hopefully he can help to ease your mind a bit. We all have made mistakes that we regret later on, and there are many a young women today that are giving out to every fella that comes along who think that it makes them more mature and lovable. If they only were aware of how this is going to affect them later in life, but life is for learning.

I kinda had the same prob when i first got with my boyfriend...
I told him that i regreted doing it so soon, and he huged me.
I told him, "I Didnt regret doing it with HIM, but at the time we did it."
I totally understand how ur feeling... Its crap when somthing doesnt go the way it should.
Instead of avoiding doing it with himagain, why dont u plain another night to re.... ermm whats the word, U no what i mean.
Pretend its the first time, make it as special as u want.
Thats what i did.
Hope ive helped
Laura

Too late now dont stop just to prove a point to yourself. Have a tink about it and do what is best for you. Stopping having sex without explaining isnt going to help either of you.

You can't suddenly stop sleeping with him cos youwish you waied he'll think you've gone off him. So what anyway? he obviously likes you. I slept with my husband on the third date and he never thought less of me for it. Who cares it can still be special after the first time.

You should maybe speak to him about it. Don't blurt out "I regret sleeping with you" cos that makes it sound like you didn't want to do it, but say that you "want sex to be really special, so maybe we should abstain for a bit"

If he is a person you want to have a future with I would talk to him about it all. If he really does care for you he will understand and say when you are ready you two can make love again

just let it be and sleep with him for a while. if you tell him you regret sleeping with him, then he will probably get pissed off that he gave up a good job for you. i know i would.

Always tell him how you're feeling. That way he can get to know the real you and you'll be better about it yourself. Grow together.
