I'm pretty technical but this one has me stumped. I can't find any info online either. I go into Add/Remove programs, click the "change/remove" button. all it does is search for other AOL programs, which I have none. Short of calling AOL, can anyone help me? It's on my Win 2K Pro computer.

In order to delete that file, you'll need to go to your Windows Explorer. Go to your program tree and delete all corresponding AOL folders that are left over. I find that sometimes these programs are wright protected, below is a link to a program that will unlock the folders and allow you to delete them. Once you've installed the program, right click scroll down to the Magic wand clicked on it and tell it what you'd like to do. Good luck!
